Kathi is a Professional Christian Life Coach, Executive Coach, and Brain Health Professional.  Prior to becoming a professional coach, Kathi worked 25 years as a Senior Human Resources Professional, including serving on executive committees and in the C-Suite.  As an HR executive, she coached other executives and professionals in high stress, high stakes environments and developed tools and resources to help them flourish and achieve their greatest goals.  She quickly discovered that high stress, high stakes situations aren’t just in our professional lives, but also in our personal lives, our social connections, and our relationships.
 

As a Christian Life Coach, Kathi believes God created us to flourish and thrive in life’s situations and relationships.  Coaching supports clients in growing and thriving in all their life systems – body, mind, spirit, emotions, relationships, and vocations.  Starting where the client is right now, she partners with clients to help them gain insights into their aspirations, goals, obstacles, frustrations and ultimately, their chosen solutions to achieve transformative change.  Kathi’s areas of practice include managing stress and overwhelm, relationships, business coaching, professional growth, and achieving flourishing and well being.
 

In relationship coaching, Kathi enjoys working with parents of adult children to establish genuine, healthy adult-to-adult relationships. There’s very few books and resources available for this phase of parenting, yet we’ll spend more years as parents of adults than parents of children.  Kathi believes those relationships can flourish through the seasons of life.
      

Working with Kathi is easy – like having a cup of coffee with a trusted friend.  Life gets messy, but because of Jesus Christ, Kathi believes everything is fixable.
