Mikaela Wright,
LPC
Mikaela is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Science from Kansas State University. Mikaela has about two years of experience in working with teenagers and adults in therapeutic settings, interning at the Wise Clinic and HopeNet.
Mikaela seeks to walk alongside each client, meeting them where they are at, and empowering and challenging them to move towards healing, growth, hope, and awareness. She believes her role as a counselor is to create a collaborative safe space for clients to navigate through what may feel like messy, vulnerable, and painful parts of life. Mikaela works with individuals ages 16 and up.
Outside of her professional life, Mikaela enjoys traveling, making Spotify playlists for her friends, journaling, antique shopping, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

With his gentle demeanor and wagging-tail, Blue Jean brings a special kind of warmth to counseling sessions. Being trained to provide comfort and emotional support, Blue Jean helps create a calming atmosphere that puts clients at ease while in counseling sessions
